The Most Dangerous Dog Breeds
With a history as fighting dogs, Pitbulls are powerful and can exhibit aggression without proper training and socialization. In England, Wales and Scotland, the Dangerous Dogs Act of 1991 prohibits the ownership of American Pit Bull Terriers, along with three other breeds; the Act also bans the breeding, sale and exchange of these dogs. The dogs are permitted under a system of exemptions that are contingent on owners complying with special rules, such as muzzling them in public and having liability insurance. Similar legislation exists in Australia. In Germany the importation of pit bulls is banned.
Dogo argentino

A powerful hunting dog, the Dogo Argentino has a strong prey drive and can be territorial, making it a risk around unfamiliar people or animals without proper training. Ownership of dogs of this breed is illegal or restricted in some countries, including Australia, Austria, New Zealand, Norway, Turkey and the United Kingdom.
